You will be required to select the service line that best aligns with your qualifications, skills, and career interests.

Multiple applications will be disqualified.
 

  1. Application - Interested candidates are required to submit their applications through the Firm's careers portal ONLY within the application period. 
     
  2. Data Validation - Applications will be reviewed to verify eligibility and ensure that all required information has been provided.
     
  3. Aptitude Test - Shortlisted candidates will begin the selection process with an aptitude test designed to assess their analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
     
  4. Assessment Centre and Essay - Candidates who progress to this stage will be invited to participate in an Assessment Centre, where their ability to collaborate, communicate, and perform effectively in a team environment will be evaluated. Candidates will also be required to write an essay to assess their written communication skills and ability to express ideas clearly and coherently. This stage will comprise. 

    Group Exercise
    Panel Interview
    Essay Writing

    Each component is designed to evaluate specific competencies. Successful candidates will progress to the final interview stage.
     
  5. Final Interview - Successful candidates at the Assessment Centre will be invited for a one-on-one interview with a Partner from the relevant service line. This is the final stage of the selection process.
     
  6. Offer - Candidates who complete all stages of the recruitment process will receive an offer to join the Firm.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 credits in one sitting. Mathematics and English Language are prerequisites.
  • Applicant must be a graduate of a university with a minimum of a Second-Class Upper Degree in any discipline. Graduates from international universities must submit their academic transcripts (in cases where the class of degree is not stated on the certificate).
  • Law graduates must have a minimum of a second-class lower degree from the Nigerian Law School.
  • Applicant must not be more than 26 years of age at the time of application.
  • Applicant must have completed their NYSC program by December 2026.
